The power of Zikr

Some Muslims says that ZIKAR is not compulsory; they say it is an innovation. ALMIGHTY “ALLAH” says in Holy QURAN: “Those men and women who engage much in Allah’s praise. for them Allah has prepared forgiveness and a Great Reward” . (Surah 33: Verse 35) Sahih Muslim: Ibn ‘Abbas reported: Dhikr (mentioning the name of Allah) in a loud voice after obligatory prayers was (a common practice) during the lifetime of the “HOLY PROPHET “HAZRAT MUHAMMAD” S.A.W.W (PBUH)”; and when I heard that I came to knew that they (the people) had finished the prayer. (Sahih Muslim Book 4, Hadith 1211)
